SoleDispatch Privacy Policy

SoleDispatch ("we", "our", or "the app") is a sneaker news, release and raffle tracker. It's built to stay out of your business: there are no accounts, no ads, and nothing about you is sold to anyone. This page explains, in plain language, what little data is involved in running the app.

1. No Accounts, No Sign-Up

SoleDispatch has no user accounts. You never provide a name, email address, password or any other personal detail to use it. We do not build profiles of individual users.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

Your preferences live locally, on your device:

• Watchlist — the releases you flag to keep an eye on.
• Preferences — settings like your default raffle region and alert scope.

If alerts are off, none of this leaves your device. You can wipe it at any time in Settings → Clear cached data inside the app.

3. Push Notifications (Optional)

If you turn on drop and raffle alerts, two things are stored on our server:

• An anonymous push subscription endpoint issued by your browser, so notifications can be delivered to your device.
• The list of release IDs you have watchlisted, so we can alert you only about the shoes you asked about rather than every drop.

Neither contains your name, email address, phone number or any device identifier, and neither is used for anything other than sending the alerts you asked for. Turning alerts off in Settings deletes both from our server immediately.

3a. Anonymous Usage Counts

We keep simple daily counts of how the app is used — for example, how many times the app was opened, or how many people turned alerts on. These are plain totals with no user, device or session identifier attached, no cookies, and no IP addresses stored. They tell us whether a feature is working, and nothing about any individual. There are no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs in the app.

4. Retailer Links & Affiliate Tags

Outbound links to retailers pass through our own redirect service. That service counts clicks in aggregate (for example, "this retailer link was tapped 40 times") so we know which links are useful. It does not record who clicked — no personal data is collected. Some retailer links may include affiliate tags, meaning we may earn a small commission on purchases at no extra cost to you. Once you land on a retailer's site, their own privacy policy applies.

5. No Ads, No Sale of Data

SoleDispatch shows no advertising, includes no third-party ad or tracking SDKs, and does not sell, rent or share personal data with anyone — because we don't collect any to begin with.

6. Children's Privacy

SoleDispatch is not directed at children under 13, and since the app collects no personal information, we do not knowingly hold any data about children.

7. Deleting Your Data

There are no accounts, so there is no profile to close. Turning alerts off in Settings removes your push subscription and watchlist from our server, and Settings → Clear cached data wipes everything held on your device. 8. Changes to This Policy

If the app's data practices ever change, this page will be updated and the effective date above revised. Meaningful changes will be reflected in the app's release notes.
