SoleDispatch
Last updated: August 7, 2026
SoleDispatch has no user accounts. There is no profile to close and nothing tied to your name, email or phone number. The only data that exists is what the app needs to work, and you can erase all of it yourself in a few taps.
Fastest route: open SoleDispatch and go to Settings → Clear cached data, then switch Drop & raffle alerts off. Together those remove everything described below.
We do not hold anything else. There is no account record, no profile and no history of what you read.
Uninstalling the app also removes everything stored on your device. If you had alerts on, uninstalling stops delivery and the subscription is automatically discarded the next time it fails, but turning alerts off first removes it right away.
If you would rather we did it, email afield101@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data". Because there are no accounts, we cannot look you up by name or email — include either:
We will confirm within 30 days. In most cases turning alerts off in the app is instant and does not require contacting us at all.
Aggregate counts that cannot be traced to any person are retained: for example "this retailer link was tapped 40 times today" or "the app was opened 200 times this week". These are plain daily totals with no identifier of any kind attached, so there is no way to isolate or remove one person's contribution — and nothing in them that identifies you.
